David RobinsDavid Robins is a PhD student investigating approaches to improve the comprehensiveness of vaccine supply chain modelling. His research focusses on the use of manufacturing and competitive procurement models to enhance supply chain design decision making under numerous sources of uncertainty. His work is part of the UK-SEA vax hub, with the aim of increasing the geographical diversity of vaccine manufacturing and ensuring affordable access to vaccines for improvements to public health. His experiences include working as a process engineering within the food industry and conducting research into the synthesis of bioplastics from organic waste.
