Aidan MillerModelling of hydrogen isotope separation with a focus on pressure swing adsorption. Fusion power offers a potential low-carbon energy source to aid in a net-zero future. To achieve commercial viability fusion power must overcome many challenges one of which being the efficient separation of hydrogen isotopes to be used in the fusion reaction. Aidan is developing a model to simulate the interaction of hydrogen isotopologues on different adsorbents to aid in inventory minimisation of tritium based separation experiments.
